United Way of Central Indiana’s Downloadable 2Gen Toolkits

The toolkits were designed to be utilized by organization/program staff of all levels interested in implementing quality 2Gen initiatives. Intermediary partners are also encouraged to leverage the toolkits where helpful in supporting organizations pursuing 2Gen priorities.

The toolkits are designed to be used comprehensively (from start to finish) or in sections based on a specific need you identify. Each toolkit presents common scenarios 2Gen programs may encounter and identifies the components from within the Toolkit to utilize in beginning to address an opportunity or challenge.

Each toolkit was designed based on input received from organizations and staff pursuing 2Gen initiatives. Each includes a collection of tips, worksheets, and resources to help strengthen your approach related to Communications, Partnership Development & Retention, and Data Governance. Additional resources have been created to complement the toolkits with a focus more directly on the 2Gen approach.
