Members of the Noblesville High School Key
Club successfully applied for a $1,200 grant
from YAR in April, 2002. They raised an additional
$735 through other activities to allow them
to landscape a Habitat for Humanity house
in Sheridan, Indiana.
The Webelo Scouts of Pack #152, Westfield,
designed and built a bird sanctuary behind
St. Maria Goretti School. Their $1,200 grant
from Youth a Resources allowed them to plant
trees and shrubs, install birdhouses and feeders,
and build a laticework observation wall.
Chaucie's Place was brightened by this mural
created by Junior Girl Scout Troop 1475. They
also constructed and distributed Teddy Bears
to Chaucie's Place. They received a YAR grant
of $1183.20.
