Youth Aiding Residential Development (YARD)
Members of the Noblesville High School Key Club successfully applied for a $1,200 grant from YAR in April, 2002. They raised an additional $735 through other activities to allow them to landscape a Habitat for Humanity house in Sheridan, Indiana.


Building a Bird Watch Area
The Webelo Scouts of Pack #152, Westfield, designed and built a bird sanctuary behind St. Maria Goretti School. Their $1,200 grant from Youth a Resources allowed them to plant trees and shrubs, install birdhouses and feeders, and build a laticework observation wall.


Branching out with Bears
Chaucie's Place was brightened by this mural created by Junior Girl Scout Troop 1475. They also constructed and distributed Teddy Bears to Chaucie's Place. They received a YAR grant of $1183.20

G.O.A.L (Giving Orphaned Animals Love)
Girl Scouts from Junior Troop 1400 visited the Hamilto
n County Humane Society and held a drive for pet supplies.


Horses for Humanity
Members of the Boots and Spurs 4-H Club taught children about horse care as part of their project funded by YAR - Hamilton County.
