United Way's Emerging Leaders

United Way’s Emerging Leaders program engages philanthropic young professionals, 40 years and younger, through volunteer opportunities, leadership development and social networking events. With 1,113 members contributing more than $1.75 million, Emerging Leaders connect, lead and serve. And they LIVE UNITED.

It’s Easy to Get Started

If you’re 40 years or younger, your gift of $1,000 or more qualifies you for membership. You can pledge through your company’s campaign or give online at uwci.org/give.

New member step-up program

1st year $500; 2nd year $750; 3rd year $1,000; 
 Gifts must be higher than previous year’s donation. Minimum gift from an individual is $500. Click here if you'd like to give online.

    Mentor Program - Emerging Leaders are connected with Tocqueville Society mentors to discuss career aspirations, philanthropic interests and personal goals.
