Leadership Ignited Overview 
Leadership Ignited is the Leadership United and Youth Leadership United alumni association. The mission of the alumni association is to continue to develop leaders in central Indiana by providing training, networking, mentoring and community service opportunities for graduates of Leadership United and Youth Leadership United.

Leadership Ignited strives to provide meaningful, enriching and diverse programs that appeal to a wide variety of leadership graduates in order to keep them engaged in the community, continue to develop leadership skills, to stay connected socially, and to keep them engaged with United Way and its work.

Who Can Join?
All graduates of Leadership United and Youth Leadership United. Leadership United graduates participated in the Ardath Burkhart Leadership Series, Diversity Leadership Series, Executive Women's Leadership Series or Generation Now.
 
Membership Dues
All graduates of Leadership United and Youth Leadership United are given a one-year free membership to the alumni program immediately following graduation. Annual dues for all other alumni will be $40 for adults and $20 for high school and college students. Additionally, there may be a per event minimal charge to help cover related expenses.

Leadership Ignited Steering Committee
The Leadership Ignited steering committee, along with the Manager of Leadership United, oversee all alumni activities. The Leadership Ignited steering committee meets the 3rd Thursday of each month from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.  at United Way of Central Indiana offices. Any Leadership United alumni may apply for membership to the steering committee by contacting Christa Thacker at Christa.Thacker@uwci.org.
