Selection Process

Recognizing corporate partners for "Going Above and Beyond" in each of our four impact areas.

Applications and guidelines are sent to all United Way of Central Indiana corporate partners. Nominations are completed by the companies and returned to United Way of Central Indiana. 

An internal cross functional team will select the finalists and winners based on the completed nominations, to be approved by the United Way of Central Indiana Senior Leadership Team.


April 3: All nominations are due to United Way of Central Indiana

April 21: Selection completed


Winners will be recognized at the Annual Meeting on June 6, 2017. Applicants' stories will be utlitized throughout the year in United Way of Central Indiana's marketing outreach.
