Defining Yourself as a Teacher
Witham Family YMCA
2791 N. Lebanon Street
Lebanon, IN 46052
Define who you are as a teacher. What do you believe? How do you view your profession and your place in it? What do you want to be? Working first individually and through group activities, we will create a vision of our goals for ourselves as a teacher.
In this workshop you will:
• participate in self-reflective activities that help define personal goals
• define qualities of effective teachers
• define skills and qualities that help build relationships with colleagues, children and families

United Way needs volunteers for its ReadUP tutoring program. Can you spare one hour a week to help 3rd graders catch up to their classmates?
