Description

The sole mission of Kids' Voice is to promote and to represent the best interest of children and to serve as an advocate for them and their families. The agency's programs are designed to offer legal education, training and technical assistance for those involved daily in serving at-risk children and their families. The agency also provides hands-on services in the areas of respresenting children's best interests and supervised visitation. Services include The Derelle Watson-Duvall Children's Law Center of Indiana, Bette J. Dick GAL for Kids program and the Supervised Parent-Child Visitation program.

Kids' Voice represents children's best interests and provides safe, fully supervised parenting time in its Bette J. Dick GAL for Kids and Supervised Parent-Child Visitation programs without consideration of the child's or family's race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender or gender orientation. Likewise, the information provided in the Derelle Watson-Duvall Children's Law Center of Indiana presentations, website, written materials, technical assistance and resources is available to all, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender or gender orientation. Kids' Voice of Indiana also practices inclusiveness by considering feedback information from staff, volunteers, families served, attorneys, judges, service providers and community members and applying the information to its programs when appropriate and in furtherance of its mission. Kids' Voice operates from a ground floor facility which has handicapped-accessible restrooms and can be reached by public transportation.
