MCCOY Inc. champions the positive development of youth through leadership on key issues and support of the youth worker community. Our vision is that every young person in central Indiana has opportunities to thrive, learn, engage, and contribute. MCCOY Inc. serves as a resource by providing data and program information; as a neutral convener for efforts to address youth issues; as an advocate for policies that proactively address youth issues; and as a capacity-builder of the youth development field through training and support.
